With more than twenty-five years of experience in corporate retail, promotions, and business development, Melissa brings a rare combination of industry expertise, operational insight, and visionary leadership. Building on this foundation, she founded MAC® Growth Partners, launching in 2026, to provide strategic advisory support to entrepreneurs and professionals who want direction, focus, and measurable growth. Melissa is an engaged member of the Huntsville/Madison business community. She serves on multiple boards, including the Rocket City SGO Board and the AAF-North Alabama Board—where she holds the roles of Diversity Chair and Secretary.
