Melissa A. Chavez is an entrepreneur, strategist, and business leader based in Huntsville, Alabama. She is the Founder and CEO of MAC Global Promotions® and MAC Growth Partners®, two companies built around a shared belief: strong businesses are created through thoughtful strategy, strong relationships, and a commitment to building what matters.

Melissa founded MAC Global Promotions® in 2021, growing the company into a trusted promotional marketing partner serving corporations, nonprofits, government organizations, and small businesses. Known for its high-touch service and commitment to brand integrity, MAC Global helps organizations strengthen their visibility through quality promotional products and branded experiences.

In 2026, Melissa expanded her work with the launch of MAC Growth Partners®, where she provides strategic advisory, Fractional CMO support, executive conversations, and business growth programming for leaders and organizations navigating their next phase. Through advisory work, speaking, MAC Studios, and the MAC Moments™ podcast, Melissa helps leaders move from ideas and opportunities to focused decisions and sustainable growth.

Melissa brings more than twenty-five years of experience spanning corporate retail, promotions, business development, marketing, and leadership. Her approach combines practical business experience with a strong understanding of how relationships, reputation, and strategic direction influence long-term success.

An active member of the Huntsville/Madison business community, Melissa invests her time in organizations supporting entrepreneurship, professional development, education, and economic growth throughout North Alabama. She serves as a mentor with the AUM Foundation and Rotary Club of Greater Huntsville’s STRIVE mentoring program and is a graduate of the SBA THRIVE Program. She is a strong advocate for creating opportunities through connection, access, and shared knowledge.
