Louisa N. DiLeone is a Licensed Professional Counselor, board-approved Counseling Supervisor, and the owner of Bloom Counseling in Huntsville’s Five Points neighborhood. She specializes in working with high-achieving professionals, leaders, and athletes navigating perfectionism, burnout, anxiety, and the pressures of demanding careers. As a former coach and Division I athlete, she brings both clinical insight and lived experience to her work, helping clients build sustainable success without sacrificing their well-being.

Louisa will position emotional agility as the ability to tune into internal signals, differentiate between fear and intuition, and make more intentional decisions about when to push forward versus when to pause or pivot.
