Join fellow WEDC members for a weekend of connection, reflection, and renewal in the heart of beautiful Mentone, Alabama. Nestled atop Lookout Mountain, the WEDC Annual Retreat offers an opportunity to step away from daily demands and invest in yourself while strengthening the relationships that make our organization so special.

Throughout the weekend, we'll gather in a relaxed and welcoming setting designed for meaningful conversations, team-building experiences, shared adventures, and plenty of time to simply enjoy each other's company. Whether you're a longtime member or building new WEDC connections, this retreat is designed to deepen relationships and create lasting memories.

Our home for the weekend is the charming Mentone Inn Bed & Breakfast, a woman-owned historic mountain inn operated by Cynthia Stinson for more than 20 years. With cozy accommodations, beautiful gathering spaces, and breathtaking surroundings, it's the perfect backdrop for a weekend of sisterhood and strength.

Weekend Highlights May Include:

Hats Off to Her - A celebratory lunch outing at The Hatter Café honoring the many hats women wear in leadership, business, family, and community.

Wander, Wonder & Women-Owned - Explore Mentone's unique collection of women-owned shops, galleries, artisan spaces, and local treasures.

Reflections in Glass - A private creative experience at Orbix Hot Glass focused on creativity, transformation, and connection.

The Falls Finale - A scenic visit to DeSoto Falls for group photos and unforgettable mountain views.

Wine Down On the Mountain - An evening of comfort food, wine, fireside conversation, and meaningful connection back at the Inn.

Registration includes:

• Two-night stay (Friday and Saturday)
