About
Vicki Morris is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA,
where she received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. After graduation,
Vicki obtained a position with Nortel Networks as a Systems Application
Engineer. While at Nortel Networks, Ms. Morris held several positions to
include Marketing Communications Specialist, and Human Resources
Clerk.
Vicki has been a viable member of the small business community here in
North Alabama for many years. Her company is an active member of 3
area Chambers of Commerce. She was named Ambassador of the Year in
2015 for the Madison Chamber, and she served as an Ambassador and
Emissary for 2 area Chambers Commerce. She was a finalist for The
Annual Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and was nominated for 3 Small
Business Awards from the Madison Chamber of Commerce in 2017 &
2018. She is a member of the steering committee for Innovate HSV,
where she managed the PR & Marketing Communications for the
organization. She was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for
the WEDC Foundation and will serve as the Chair for the Women
Honoring Women Event in 2020.
Professionally, Vicki manages a very successful Public Relations & Project
Management company, Face to Face Marketing. Her company oversees
day to day operations for one of the premiere networking events in North
Alabama, RISE, Regional Innovators Sustaining the Ecosystem, formerly
known as HOT Coffee. Vicki’s clients include nonprofit organizations,
advanced technology corporations, and other business service and retail-
based companies. She has developed excellent working relationships with
commercial and civic organizations in the North Alabama area to include
Madison, Decatur, and Athens.
Mrs. Morris is an excellent speaker and has spoken for several groups
over the years. She is very skilled at developing and delivering an on
topic and motivating presentation to audiences of any size. She truly
enjoys sharing her skills and knowledge with others.
Vicki was a part of the INROADS/Atlanta program during her college
years and worked with the youth program at her church in Atlanta, and
here in the Decatur and Madison areas. Vicki has been married to Earl
Morris for the past 25 years, and the couple has 2 adult sons.
