Tenesha Thomas currently serves as the Executive Director at Christian Job Corps of Madison County, AL, Inc. where she is responsible for the daily operations of the organization in support of its mission. With over ten years of municipal government experience, she is skilled in leveraging the relationships of the public and nonprofit sector to maximize results. 

In her spare time, she enjoys engaging in community service, spending time with loved ones, and cultivating her podcast titled, Sometimes I Struggle, which focuses on normalizing mental health and learning from things that we all, admittedly or not , struggle with.
