Stephenie Walker is a Madison County native, an award-winning marketing professional, and avid community volunteer. She is Director of Marketing at Varicosity Vein Center, Alabama’s Premier Vein Specialists, and oversees seven practice locations across Alabama and Mississippi.

In 2010, Stephenie co-founded Rocket City Mom Media Group, a media company and hyper-local parenting resource for families living in Huntsville and North Alabama. Before selling the company in 2022, she was Executive Editor of RocketCityMom.com for 12 years, and worked with local attractions, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations to help promote their programs and events to parents looking for fun things to do with their kids and engage in their communities.

Like any true ENFJ and Enneagram Type Seven, Stephenie believes deeply in working to make her community better for others through service. She volunteers on the board at several local nonprofits - the Women’s Economic Development Council, Madison Visionary Partners, Crisis Services of North Alabama, Madison City PTA Council, and Madison CEO. Fueled by her passion for strong public education, she serves on the Madison City PTA Board and Madison City Schools District Counseling Advisory Council, and is a member of the Madison Friends of the Library. 

In her infinite spare time Stephenie can be found curled up with her dogs and a good book, spending too much time on TikTok, obsessing over Beyoncé, or traveling with her family and friends to far-away lands.
