Samantha Brinkley is the CEO of Rocket City HR Consulting. She earned a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and served 5 years in the Air Force, where she attained the rank of Captain. While serving, she earned a Masters’ Degree in Psychology from Chapman University.

Samantha is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management and has over 20 years of HR Management experience. She founded her company in 2011 to keep one foot in Human Resources while raising her school-aged boys. The firm is now a boutique HR Consultancy that handles hiring to firing and everything in between.

Samantha is originally from southeastern Virginia. She is married to an aerospace engineer and they now have 2 teenage sons, one of whom just started his studies at Auburn University. She has two golden doodles, Joules and Mocha. In addition to serving as President of the Women's Economic Development Council, she is a member of the Women's Business Council, was recently appointed to the Aum Foundation Board of Directors, and is an active Toastmaster. In her spare time, if she can find any, Samantha enjoys barre classes and gardening.
