Melissa Bullard, APR  is a successful communications professional with over 25 years of proven experience in all aspects of public relations and government public affairs, including publications, event planning, crisis communication and media relations with a specialty in writing for all types of communications outreach products. She possesses a broad range of PR skills and knowledge, having worked in the healthcare, nonprofit, government and agency sectors. She is also an experienced project manager and has successfully guided teams to deliver products for Army customers. Melissa holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Alabama and also earned Accreditation in Public Relations (APR), through a selective, voluntary national program to identify committed, ethical and experienced professionals in Public Relations.
