Megan Nivens-Tannett is the Founder and CEO of Huntsville-based Marketing and Public Relations firm Flourish, which provides consultative and strategic marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses. 

Prior to Flourish, she’s served in various roles including Vice President for Huntsville-based startup accelerator The Foundry; Director of Digital Marketing for IoT tech firm Synapse Wireless; has held multiple roles with leading advertising firm McCann Erickson (in support of the US Army), and prior to that, served as the Executive Director for the Muscular Dystrophy Association where she opened the first office in North Alabama. She also serves as a mentor for the Madison, AL CEO high school program, is an active student mentor through the University of Central Florida, serves as a business coach at The Catalyst, volunteers as a communications committee member for Semper Fi, and speaks at various events to educate on the public relations/marketing/communications field. She’s also a current member of Greater Huntsville’s Leadership - Flagship Program, L-35.
