About

Accomplished leader in government, academia and an entrepreneur, with 15+ years of professional experience across all aspects of international education, training, program management, and business development. 


Maji holds a Masters of International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing and International Business from Florida International University with a specialization in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. 


In her current role, she is the Supervisory Management and Program Analyst with the FBI’s Cyber Education and Training Unit. In addition to her management duties, Maji is Cyber Division’s Project Management Officer (PMO) assisting with change management and working alongside Project Managers in the development of the FBI’s Innovation Center and Kinetic Cyber Range (KCR). Upon completion, the KCR will be a 22,000+ sq. ft state of the art training facility for Cyber Investigators within the FBI and beyond. She program manages the FBI’s collaboration with the U.S. Space and Rocket Center’s Cyber Camp, inspiring middle and high school students to pursue a future career within the FBI and cyber. She has recently been certified as an FBI Adjunct Faculty with a Cyber specialization.


Prior to her current role, Maji spearheaded the Strategic Planning Initiatives within several FBI operational divisions, while serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Integrated Program Management, a process for evaluating resources and operational effectiveness. Working alongside Executive Management, Maji oversaw a large team responsible for all components of divisional Strategy, Communications, Public and Congressional Affairs, Policy and Compliance. She was a member of various committees in sharing best practices and has been participated twice in the Cross-Cultural Development Program as an Aspiring Executive mentee.


She has been an Adjunct Faculty at FIU’s College of Business teaching undergraduate International Management, was a Fulbright Grantee, and has owned and managed three successful business ventures and restaurants in Nicaragua.


Maji holds a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and has attended numerous conferences and trainings focused on Women Leadership.


She is a wine enthusiast and holds many wine and spirit certifications such as the WSET Level 3 from Johnson and Wales University, Certified Specialist in Wine (CSW), Certified Spirits Specialist (CSS), and Certified Hospitality and Beverage Specialist from the Society of Wine Educators. 


Maji is a proud mom of two girls and enjoys traveling, visiting new restaurants, and spending time with her husband.
