Maike DeMaria graduated from Trident University with a Master of Science in Health Care Administration degree.

 In her 30-year international professional career she has worked in corporations, non-profit organizations, and small businesses in project management, business development, audit, and human resources. 

 Maike is involved in several non-profits in a variety of functions, such as serving as a Board Member of Nexus Energy, the American Heart Association, Kids-to-Love, and The Catalyst Center for Business and Entrepreneurship. She supports Still Serving Veterans and helps our veterans to write resumes and participate in mock interviews. She also functions as a mentor for the WEDC Foundation.

 In addition to owning her own business, Capabilitix, LLC she is working for Rocket City HR Consulting, Maike is an Adjunct Instructor at Athens State University.
