I serve as the EEO and WR Consulting Director for Leidos where I lead a small team responsible for handling escalated Workplace Relations issues for 47,000+ employees. Prior to joining Leidos, I practiced employment law for more than 10 years where I advised businesses of all sizes on a large variety of employment matters.
