Ms. Lane A. Fabby is a business growth consultant and recently served as a Client Solutions Executive on the U.S. Federal Team at IBM. She is also a Defense Acquisition University instructor, the founder of Radiance University at Radiance Technologies, and is the President & CEO of Fabby Leadership Solutions. Lane has 25 years of experience in building workforce development programs and providing professional development services to individuals, teams, and organizations in the public and private sectors. She has worked internationally, with U.S. coalition allies, and supported building partnership capacity at the United Nations Regional Service Center Entebbe in Africa.

Lane has had the unique opportunity to work with CEO’s of Fortune 100 companies, thought leaders, authors, and top military and civilian officials. Through this rare experience in knowing individuals who have helped shape the 21st century workforce, she has gained an extensive knowledge base in identifying clients’ needs, building business, and delivering high-impact executive and leadership development programs aimed at changing thinking and behaviors.

Lane is experienced in managing multi-disciplinary U.S. government solutioning teams to implement products and services that address all elements of the business acquisition process for federal strategic initiatives. She has led diverse teams of business experts, engineers, technologists, and industry leaders in the solutioning of multimillion and billion-dollar opportunities aligned to federal imperatives.

Lane specializes in the areas of executive and leadership development, advanced technologies and innovation, talent management, business operations, and executive coaching. From Lane’s experience working with military Admirals, Generals, and Senior Executive Service members at the Center for Executive Education at the Naval Postgraduate School, she’s learned how to cultivate cultures, promote strategic thinking, recognize learning moments, ask provocative questions, and adapt to change in order to propel individuals, teams, and organizations to a higher level.

Lane earned a Master of Science degree in Global Business Leadership from the University of San Diego, coupled with specialties in leadership development, project management, and business operations. Additionally, she holds a certification in Appreciative Inquiry, IBM Global Sales School, High Order ThoughtTM, Polarity Thinking, Project Management, Strengths Advocacy, and is a Temperament Certified Professional (i.e. MBTI). She is also a qualified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching (International Coach Federation Accredited).

Lane has served as a Client Solutions Executive at IBM, Chancellor of Radiance University at Radiance Technologies, Director of Professional Development at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, Director of Operations at Frew & Associates, and Special Assistant at the Naval Postgraduate School. She has also served as an Advisor to senior executives in the private industry, DoD, Army, Navy, FBI, NASA, and former Congressmen. Lane is married with three children and resides in Huntsville, AL.
