Served as a Government Employee for the Department of Defense (Navy, Army and Missile Defense Agency) for 34 years. Supported the development of Naval Intelligence software programs loaded on deployable ships at the Naval Ocean Systems Center (NOSC) in San Diego, California. Managed the software Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and development for the Patriot Missile System/ Served as the ground system lead for the first certified Army Unmanned Vehicle. Served as the Product Manager for the launch system software and hardware for the Ground Based Missile Defense System. Served as the Contracting Officer Technical Representative for multiple Engineering Contracts including Johns Hopkins University.
