About

Karen is President of Stanley Properties, Vice President of Finance at Stanley Construction, Chief of Strategy at Key Success Factors Consulting, and host of the Envision, Accelerate, EXCEL podcast with Karen Stanley.  She has served as Chair, Vanderbilt University Chemical & Biochemical Engineering External Advisory Council, member of the National Alumni Association Board and is currently on the Harvard Business School Global Alumni Board.

A dedicated community leader, Ms  Stanley is a board member of the Land Trust of North Alabama, and a gubernatorial appointee to the Forever Wild State Commission  She is CoChair, National Housing and Properties Committee on the National Board of Directors for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

 Karen earned a Bachelor of Engineering, magna cum laude, Vanderbilt University, Masters Chemical Engineering Practice, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and MBA Harvard University.
