Erin Bloxham Curtis, the definition of Gen X, loves to believe she can still stay up past 9pm and function at 100% the next day. When not funneling coffee to stay awake, Erin serves as an experienced communication and marketing consultant for Deloitte delivering customer experience strategies for DOD customers. She feels her work is just one small way she can serve our Nation’s Warfighter.  

Much more interested in big picture thinking than the details, Erin thrives when she’s building authentic relationships, contributing on a team, and giving back to the community. Her current philanthropic endeavors include serving on the Women’s Economic Development Council (WEDC) Board of Directors, an Ambassador with the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville, and volunteering through her church. An alumnus of the University of North Alabama and the University of Alabama, she is also a graduate of Leadership Huntsville’s Management Academy Class 8 and Connect Class 10 where she will gladly engage in the Best Class Ever debate.  

When not working, Erin is busy serving as head chef, personal stylist, chauffer, and chief play date coordinator to her elementary school aged daughters Ella Grace and Adeline. Daily she thanks her lucky stars her oldest two, Houston and Grayson, have long since left the nest, and society deems them as fully functioning adults. In rare moments of calm, Erin and her husband, like to pretend the to do lists don’t exist, their house renovations are fully underway, and they might get to take that dream kid free vacation one day.
