Ashlee Grove guides families to their best educational opportunities to suit their needs and takes pride in providing the best educational experience possible and preparing students for their futures, regardless of their aspirations and paths. By establishing The Learning Team, Ashlee created a powerful network of students, schools, families, tutors, academic coaches, and collaborators.

On a path to medical school, Ashlee discovered her true passion for education and took a decidedly different path. After graduating with her B.A. in English and history from Memphis State University and her M.A. in Education from the University of Memphis with a concentration in Biology and English, she has served in multiple capacities in instructional and leadership roles. While she enjoyed the opportunity to bring advancement, technology, and training in the positions she achieved as school leader and administrator, she deeply missed the meaningful interactions with students a teacher enjoys. With interests and certifications in multiple disciplines (history, biology, English, and art history), it was only fitting that Ashlee focused her instruction and energy on a personal tutoring program.

Driven by her passion for inspiring students to be lifelong learners and serving the local school communities, Ashlee began working with students as a tutor and academic coach. Unafraid of taking risks and armed with her business and marketing acumen, she found great success in building the team of experienced, energetic, and passionate educators at The Learning Team and Grove Academy. Her desire to find the just-right educational support for traditional and non-traditional students has been the key to countless families’ dreams of academic success. Driven by her extraordinary commitment to professional development, Ashlee provides frequent opportunities for her staff to attend educational workshops and conferences from the leading organizations and minds in pedagogical advancement, learning strategies, and best practices.

Ashlee’s dedication to being a strong leader of The Learning Team goes beyond the classroom. Her holistic approach to education is inspired by her commitment to health and wellness in multiple facets - through the Huntsville Track Club, Spring City Cycling Club, Barre3, and CycleBar. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and is active with the Women’s Business Association, the Women’s Economic Development Council, the Catalyst, the AUM Foundation, Fantasy Playhouse, and the Inner City Learning Center. She is a member of the Botanical Gardens, the Land Trust, Burritt on the Mountain, Huntsville Museum of Arts, and The Scout Guide.
