About
Ambrosia Patterson currently serves as the Change and Transformation Lead Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services (AFS). Prior to joining AFS, she was the FBI’s Huntsville Change and Transition Program Manager, helping lead the FBI’s strategic realignment of people and mission sets from the National Capital Region to Huntsville, Alabama. She also served as an FBI leadership coach. A career FBI budget professional, in early 2022, Ambrosia pivoted from being the executive in charge of budgeting for and reporting on the FBI’s over $10 billion resource footprint, to focusing on the FBI's Huntsville change and transition journey. Ambrosia is passionate about coaching individuals and building well-functioning organizations, teams, systems and processes. She enjoys spending time with her husband Justin, son Pax and daughter Esthero. She also loves to write. She holds a Master of Accountancy degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in business management, concentration in labor relations and human resources, with a special focus on organizational behavior, from Case Western Reserve University. She earned her Leadership Coaching Certification through the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership.
