Amanda Hooten is the Founder and CEO of Blaze Solutions, a Huntsville-based firm focused on leadership development, program execution, strategic support, and organizational growth. Prior to launching Blaze, Amanda served as Chief Strategy Officer at Invariant Corporation, where she helped lead major operational and strategic growth following her time as Department Manager of Sensor System Analysis and Engineering at Dynetics.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree and an MBA from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and is a certified Project Management Professional. She believes deeply in servant leadership, accountability, and building organizations where people and performance can thrive together.

Amanda has been an active member of the Women’s Economic Development Council since 2015 and has served in multiple leadership roles, including Director-at-Large and Treasurer. She is also a graduate of Leadership Greater Huntsville’s Management Academy and Momentum Huntsville’s executive leadership program. Amanda remains active in the Huntsville community through volunteer work, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling, playing random sports, staying active, and spending time with her family and dog.
