Whether we think about it or not, we have a personal brand. Our personal brands are essentially the reputations that precede us. And if we are not controlling the narrative, someone else is pulling the strings, which could impact the people we attract, the opportunities we are offered, and even our ability to be impactful leaders. That’s why personal branding matters. When we are confident in who we are and where we’d like to go, we can more easily align with the people and places meant to help get us there. Dwaynia Wilkerson Biography

Dwaynia Wilkerson is the founder of Prose & Pens, which provides ghostwriting services and writing and communications workshops. Through this work, she has had the pleasure of working with entrepreneurs and leaders across a range of industries. One thing she enjoys most about her work is that no two clients are the same and each offers a distinctly meaningful experience.

 Although Dwaynia has no official hobbies, she has been going on about running a half-marathon for years, and most recently decided she’d like to play tennis. No attempts have been made at either. Instead, she committed to pickleball lessons, which are going minimally well. Other than that, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, fresh flowers, reading, and learning new things.
