Join us for our November 13, 2025, meeting entitled, “Don’t You Dare Burnout: Claiming Calm in a Season of Chaos”. 

If deadlines, drama, and a little too much tinsel tend to leave you in a spiral during the holidays, then you’ll want to grab a seat at this luncheon table. Our speaker for the day is Tenesha Thomas, founder of On-Board Solutions. She’ll work with us to unpack the ways in which we, as fearless leaders, can finish the year strong... even when the chaos is "chaos-ing".

Tenesha Thomas Biography 

After serving as a nonprofit leader and serial board member combined with years of municipal government and community service, Tenesha has developed a unique understanding of both the challenges and opportunities that mission-driven organizations face. She currently serves on various ad-hoc and special project committees and sits on several boards including The Catalyst Center for Business & Entrepreneurship. She is also a member of the Women’s Economic Development Council and a holistic health & wellness and life coach. Learn More
