Friday, November 8th – Sunday, November 10th

Sewanee, Tennessee


Enjoy a weekend away to unwind, build deeper connections, and participate in team building, group activities and adventures. Take in the stunning views and peaceful setting during this time to strengthen your WEDC relationships and opportunity to grow together. We will have a mix of activity time and relaxation time at the retreat property, plus some outings to explore Sewanee. Sewanee is Sweet! You don’t want to miss this WEDC Retreat!


Day 1: Friday


3:30 PM    Meetup and Leave Huntsville

5:00 PM    Arrive and Unpack - Cocktails on the Patio

7:00 PM    Dinner at Shakerag - Inside the Sewanee Inn

          (Dinner out is not included in registration cost)

6:30 AM    Yoga with a View

7:00 AM    Day Trippers Meetup and Leave Huntsville

7:30 AM    Oatmeal Bar and Mimosas

8:30 AM    Day Trippers Arrive


9:00 AM    Morning Activity Options

  • Chapel


12:00 PM    Lunch at the House


1:00 PM    Afternoon Activities

  • Guided Hike or Relax with a View
  • Team Building Activity


6:00 PM    Dinner at the House - LUNCH Catering

12:00 PM    Leave for Huntsville

1:15 PM    Arrive in Huntsville

Retreat location is about 1.5 hours drive from Huntsville. We will meet and carpool. More information on exact location and details will be emailed to registrants in advance of the retreat weekend.
